In a world of ever-changing trends, knowing what to wear can be a challenge. We all come in different shapes, fashion is all about dressing your body; how do we make sure we are wearing outfits that will flatter our unique body type? Getting dressed is a whole lot easier when you know what pieces work best for your shape. The key is to know your proportions and use fashion to accentuate your best features; and hide everything else!

First step is to know what type of body you have. There are different categories of classifying the shape of a woman, but the most common are; Apple, Rectangular, Pear, Hourglass and Wedge.
